LL Land Holding Co., Ltd.(”LL Land”) is a market leading real estate holding company based in Shanghai, China with its principal activities spanning three sectors of the real estate market: commercial property, residential property and asset management.
In 2008, LL Land was spun-off from Super Ocean Group (”Super Ocean”), which was co-founded by Ms. Li Heng and Mr. Ye Lipei in 1989, as the first wholly foreign-owned real estate development company in mainland China. In the past twenty years, many of the real estate projects undertaken and developed by Super Ocean have become landmarks in China, such as Beijing Financial Street, Shanghai Mandarine City (which won the Best Residential Quarters in Shanghai on the 50th Anniversary of the founding of the PRC) and the Shanghai Bank Building in Shanghai (which was featured in a Hollywood motion picture entitled Mission Impossible III starring Tom Cruise).
